The women's adaptive pajamas in pure cotton jersey represent one of the historical solutions born from the experience of ParamedicalShop. The distinctive feature is the zipper located on the back, extending to the abdominal area. The slider, positioned on the upper part of the back, is inaccessible to the wearer, preventing arbitrary opening. This configuration is essential to prevent users with Alzheimer's, dementia, or stroke survivors from undressing or manipulating incontinence pads, reducing the risk of infections and discomfort.

Materials and Variants for Every Need

We use only high-quality pure cotton jersey, a breathable fabric gentle on the skin. In addition to the standard model, our line includes specific variants to respond to even the most complex behaviors:

  • For full summer: Short sleeve version Art.1009 or "short summer" version (short leg and sleeve) Art.1011, also ideal as protective underwear.
  • For winter: Warm interlock cotton version Art.1001.
  • Hand protection: Version with anti-scratch mittens Art.1002-M to prevent skin lesions.
  • Integrated anti-climb socks: Art.1002-P features stretch cotton socks sewn to the garment. This solution is designed for particularly agile patients who attempt to move their hand up the pajama leg to reach the diaper.
  • Total Solution: Art.1002-MP represents total protection, integrating both mittens and feet for maximum safety.
