Description: MEN'S pyjamas in warm winter cotton open with a zipper positioned at the heel. The slider, going up the leg and back, passes over the shoulder and ends at the front of the pyjamas at clavicle height, diametrically opposite the starting point. Even in case of an attempted opening by the Patient, the slider does not proceed beyond the shoulder, making it impossible to pull and consequently open the garment. This particular design prevents the Patient from manipulating the diaper or undressing completely—behaviors often seen in Alzheimer's or stroke patients. This model allows the Caregiver to position the Patient on one side to replace the diaper without fully removing the pyjamas. It was designed to avoid potential discomfort from a central back zipper.
