♥️ ♥️ ♥️ T-SHIRT OPEN ON THE CHEST SIDE ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
This UNISEX short-sleeved T-shirt is made of fine cotton jersey (Filo di Scozia) and opens with Velcro on the chest (heart) side. It is an ideal model for patients who have undergone heart surgery and, more generally, abdominal or chest surgical operations. The opening is intentionally not exactly central (specifically to meet post-operative needs) and is regulated by small Velcro strips. When the garment is closed, the gaps between the Velcro parts allow for the exit of any drainage cannulas or catheters. This T-shirt allows bedridden or long-term care patients to easily put on a garment without being lifted from the bed. Other applications for this open T-shirt include those who, due to the presence of upper limb braces, need a practical T-shirt that can be worn when rehabilitative aids prevent the use of normal clothing. Another, but not least, practical application for the daily use of our article is found among those who, due to objective difficulties related to osteoporosis, arthritis, or periarthritis (especially elderly or disabled people), cannot raise their arms to put on ordinary closed base layers. All T-shirts are notoriously tubular and therefore closed, posing an insurmountable limitation to their use. The comfort of pure Filo di Scozia cotton combined with the practicality of dressing are therefore the most important aspects of this model, which can be paired with the side-opening Velcro briefs Art. 999 (women's) and Art. 1000 (men's), produced with the same fabric. Articles Art. 1027 and Art. 1028, which open at the back, are also part of this line and are related to Article 1032.
